But when Poppy falls into stasis, Cas must confront the very real possibility that the extreme and unexpected consequences of what Poppy is becoming could take her away from him. So that's what he does. He reminds Poppy how their journey together began and, in the process, reveals things about himself that only Kieran knows. However, it's impossible to know what Poppy will find when she wakes up and exactly how much the world and Cas will have changed by then.
