Evie Sage is happier than ever being The Villain's assistant. However, Rennedawn is in serious trouble—as Reymundo's signs clearly indicate—and all signs point to a catastrophe. Something peculiar is happening to the kingdom's magic, and this has made the Villain's mansion vulnerable to his enemies, including his nemesis: the king.

Now it's time for Evie to face her greatest challenge: protecting the Villain's lair, all his nefarious activities, and maybe (as long as no one notices) the entire kingdom. No pressure, Evie.
